About Us

Robert's Charity Foundation

Roberts Charity Foundation (RCF) is a youth-driven foundation across Nigeria with the core goal of connecting and impacting the lives of the less privileged in our society. We started our mission by tackling problems in the educational sector ensuring various children across Nigerian public schools get access to better materials to assist them in their educational pursuit. Education, we believe, is the most lasting and effective way we can help children and their families to escape from the cycle of poverty. We provide scholarships to children. We also work with these children to bridge the gap between public and private schools, including offering vocational training or art scholarships.
RCF’s achievement over the last two years includes the provision of stationaries and Textbooks for over 2,000 pupils in various public schools across Nigeria as well as Provision of scholarships for pupils. We have also partnered with over three foundations and eight businesses all run by youths to ensure we achieve our goal, which is to have teams in 10 states across Nigeria by 2025 reaching over 10,000 pupils. We have been able to build the foundation across various states namely: Rivers, Lagos, Edo and Oyo states.

Our Story

How we got started

Roberts Charity Foundation formerly known as Roberts Charity Movement was established in April 2017 but registered with CAC in 2018.

We were a team of five volunteers who came together to make a difference and impact in society.

We started with an initiative, “One pair of feet at a time”, focused on reducing feet infections amongst barefooted children in our community, by carrying out a sensitization program in Obio-Akpor Local Government Area in Rivers State, and shared flip flops to 130 children aged 3 to 10 years.

After this initiative, we embarked on a journey to sustainability by studying Sustainable Development Goals and how to better our community. We then focused on the fight for quality education and inclusiveness of all children irrespective of disabilities, social or financial background.

Where we are now

Roberts charity foundation has partnered with over three foundations and eight businesses all run by youths. We have done initiatives across various states namely Rivers, Lagos, Benin and Oyo state

RCF in the last year has partnered with some international youth-owned companies to build educational technologies to help in education in Nigeria. Our ten-year plan involves expanding our reach to various parts of Nigeria.
